Returns Guide & Procedure

As a valued customer of All-In-One Garden Centre Ltd we would like to assure you of the efforts we go to, to ensure we offer for sale only quality products.  We do of course recognise that sometimes we get things wrong and occasionally products we sell are not to the desired standard. In such situations we are pleased to put right the wrong quickly and easily for you.

Returning Unwanted Items

Please be aware, items purchased in the sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Should you wish to return an order in full or in part, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided:-

  • A returns number has been issued from our customer services department.

  • It is in fully resaleable condition (in its original and undamaged packaging). If the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

  • Unwanted purchases of bulky items such as garden furniture & other large size goods. Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location before ordering large pieces of furniture, or goods to ensure successful delivery and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £75 to cover the collection cost.

  • Returns should be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returns can take a maximum of 14 days to be processed.

  • Shipping charges are not refunded for unwanted returned items.

Returning Damaged, Faulty Or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

We always try to ensure your goods reach you in the best condition. However, sometimes products are supplied faulty or damaged. In this instance we are happy to refund, replace or exchange the item you have bought.

  • Please note in these instances we will offer a refund of the delivery charge and arrange collection via a courier free of charge.

  • If you wish to have a replacement sent to you, the original delivery charge will not be refunded but you will not have to pay a second delivery charge.

Returns Procedure

Orders or items can be returned via these options:-

Returns via Royal Mail. Please contact our customer services department by phone 01706 711711 or by email to request a refund, part refund or replacement and collection from your home. A collection charge may be applicable and would be deducted from the refund total.

Returns from our Garden Centre. Due the temporary Store Closer In store returns are unavailable. Contact us by email to discuss your return request.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect items delivered, damaged or faulty goods only.
