| At All-In-One we want you to receive a delivery method that has reliability and safe handling at its core. To deliver this we have chosen carefully our courier partners, Business Post. Working together we continually monitor our delivery performance and look to improve wherever we can. Your satisfaction with our selected partners is of the up most importance to us and your feedback on how we perform together is always welcome. You can leave any feedback on a delivery performance by email to customerservices@allinone.co.uk |
The standard delivery service is the next business day after we dispatch your order. We always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Our order dispatch personnel will send a confirmation email to you to inform you that your order is on its way and how you can track your order online.

Order Collection Service 'Select And Collect'
|
We recognise that in today’s busy schedules, shopping online from home is of great convenience. Especially for local customers, we can offer the facility to Select & Collect your order yourself from our store.
By selecting the products online, our personnel can get the order ready for you to collect at a time that suits you, saving you time and money. The standard time to have an order ready is usually in 24 hours. However, we can often improve on this timescale by request. If you would like your order sooner than 24 hours please contact us via email to customerservices@allinone.co.uk or by telephone on 01706 711711 to request an earlier service. When your order is ready to collect you will receive an email to inform you it is ready.
Our collection department is open 08:30-17:00 Mon-Sat 10:00-16:30 on Sundays. Please note these are not the same as the store opening hours. Collections can only be made outside of these hours by special request, please contact us on 01706 711711 or customerservices@allinone.co.uk if you need to make a collection outside these hours.
Which ever you choose, you can select your desired method at the time of placing your order. It will also be confirmed after the checkout process and on your order confirmation email.

Handling Fee

| The vast majority of our customers choose to have their items delivered to them. However, customers who are local may choose to collect their order from our store instead. In some cases a discount of the basket value will be shown if the order is selected to be collected in store. This is to reflect and pass on the saving to the customer who wishes to collect in store only. This handling fee is product specific and not always applicable. |
