Paul Colgan - Nursery Manager |
Paul has been with us since 1996. He has over 30 years experience
within the Horticulture industry, gaining
qualifications and a vast knowledge and love
of plants. He is responsible for our nursery and production departments and is assisted by a team of trained horticulturalists. Paul strives to offer our customers excellent quality plants at value for money and frequently travels in Europe to source plant material and new varieties for sale in the centre. He is always looking out for new and interesting species to introduce into our already vast range of seasonal plants.

James Johnston - Assistant Nursery Manager |
| James was recently promoted to Assistant Nursery Manager and has worked at the garden centre since November 1988 when he started as a Y.T.S. apprentice. He moved into full time employment in July 1990, in between he commenced 3 years training at horticultural college. James says "We aim to offer a wide selection of hardy trees, shrubs and perennials to suit all tastes and if there's something in particular you're looking for, we'll do our best to find it". |

Marc Rowe - Pet & Aquatics Manager |
| Marc had previously managed an aquatic department before bringing his vast knowledge to All-In-One in July 2001. In his time at the garden centre he has introduced new and interesting species to our product range such as reptiles, crustateans and hedgehogs to name a few. Keen on high standards, Marc works hard with his team to offer you an all round quality service from advice on starting up a new pet home, fish tank or pond, through to aftercare and up to date, relevant information from experienced staff. |

John Street - Leisure Buildings Manager |
| John started part-time at All-In-One as a consultant back in 1993 working alongside our previous manager. He commenced full-time employment in 2000 when he took over the position of Leisure Buildings Manager. He is responsible for all aspects of Conservatory, Greenhouse, Summerhouse, Shed & Concrete Garage sales including surveying and designing buildings, submitting drawings for planning approval, supervising work and final inspections. |

Mandy Smith - Restaurant Manager |
| Mandy joined us in 2002 and has been working in the catering industry for 20 years. She has a Higher National Diploma in Hotel & Catering and has gained recognition for excellent customer service, awarded by the G.C.A. Standards Committee. Her extensive catering background has gained her much experience in her field working as a chef in a hotels, restaurants and coffeeshops, including working abroad. |

Tracey Mellor - Assistant Restaurant Manager |
| Tracey assists Mandy in the smooth running of our restaurant and works within a team dedicated to ensuring that excellent service, top quality food and a happy, relaxing atmoshpere is had by all who visit. She joined us back in 2002. |
Helen Leslie - Human Resources Manager |
| Helen has been with us since the end of 2002 and has a degree in Business Studies. She is responsible for All-In-One's recruitment, employment induction, staff training and development and employment issues. |

Jo Greatorex - Accounts Manager |
Jo Greatorex, Accounts Manager, joined All-In-One Garden Centre in January 2006 and is responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the accounts department including reconciliations, all month end procedures, VAT returns as well as payroll for over 60 employees. Jo has a diverse employment history including the hospitality industry, call centre management and latterly the travel and corporate events industry specialising in golf and rugby.

Jill Somerville - Marketing Manager |
Jill has over 19 years of experience across the retail, FMCG manufacturing and advertising sectors and joined All-In-One in March 2007. Jill is responsible for communicating All-In-One's developments both internally and externally. Jill commented “Working to develop and further enhance the All-In-One brand is a fantastic opportunity, I look forward to working with a great team and adding a new dimension to our future plans, along with a comprehensive marketing and promotional plan that will further enhance the shopping experience for all of our customers old and new”.

Tracy Gerrard - Gift & Christmas Manager |
All-In-One Garden & Leisure is delighted to announce that Tracy Gerrard has joined the management team as the new Gift & Christmas Manger. She has previously worked at Wyevale, Bay Tree and Barton Grange Garden Centres meaning she brings with her over 6 years experience of buying and managing successful teams within the garden centre industry. Tracy commented “I am delighted to join the All-In-One Garden Centre, and hope to bring a wealth of experience into the Garden Centre at one of the busiest times of the year.” She continued “Being appointed to the position of Gift and Christmas Manager is a real achievement as I have aspired to manage the areas for many years. However, I do have a lot to live up to as All-In-One had one of the biggest accolades last Christmas by winning the G.C.A Award for The Best Christmas Display in the UK 2006/7”.
