Dave Stafford - Chairman |
| After serving his apprenticeship as a joiner, Dave spent the early days of his career in the construction industry until he formed 'All-In-One Construction'. This business benefitted from the 1960's building boom and from its success, the purchase of the original All-In-One site was made in 1970 to develop a garden centre. Dave eventually parted from the construction side of the business to concentrate on running the garden centre. Dave has seen many changes and improvements since his business began back in 1971...now semi-retired, Dave is particularly responsible for all capital expenditure and still enjoys getting involved with all aspects of the business - from advising customers to building barbecues and furniture. |

Rod Slater - Managing Director |
| Rod joined All-In-One as a weekend assistant at the tender age of 15. Having spent 4 years at horticultural college, Rod worked his way through the ranks taking over as propagator & glasshouse manager, then becoming general manager and finally to his present status of M.D. As well as looking after the day to day running of our busy garden centre, Rod takes particular responsibility for buying all the hard landscaping products including outdoor pots, paving, fencing etc. At Christmas he also looks after the selecting and purchasing of real Christmas Trees. Rod adds "All-in-one remains an independent family business, upholding typical family values of care and attention to detail. I do hope you enjoy the All-In-One experience". |

Jason Stafford - Financial Director |
| Being a family business, one could say Jason has worked here from birth but he officially started as a weekend assistant before leaving school, then at 16, commenced 3 years training at horticultural college. Since starting work, his role has taken many forms, gaining experience from all departments within the centre. Jason took a few years out to explore other work avenues before returning to us in 2000. He took on the role of Financial Director and oversees all department spending budgets as well as purchasing Christmas lights, shapes, frames, artificial and fibre optic Christmas trees. |

Beryl Stafford - Director |
| Beryl officially retired from All-In-One in 2004 but continues to provide help and support at busy times of the year, primarily in Winter, when she adds her wealth of knowledge to our award winning Christmas displays. |
| From the start, Beryl was responsible for the running of the Gift Shop, Christmas decorations and general staffing levels for the shop. Beryl has also been honoured as chairperson for the G.C.A. in previous years and remains a valued member on the board of Directors. |

Amanda Dixon - Director |
| Daughter of Dave and Beryl Stafford, Amanda came to work at the garden centre straight from college. Starting at the bottom and getting involved in all aspects helped her gain a sound knowledge of the business. She eventually took over the buying responsibilities for gifts and Christmas. After the birth of her second son, Amanda passed on her buying duties but her input is still valuable in the creating of displays and she remains a valued member on the board of directors. |

Geoff Knowles - Director |
Geoff, recently appointed director, has worked at All-In-One for over 29 years, starting out with a summer job in 1977 whilst at Art College. He moved into full time employment in 1983 and was appointed the role of buyer within 12 months. Covering furniture, garden sundries, fertilisers, irrigation, tools, bulbs and seeds, he has been instrumental in the development and growth of the company. Geoff says “We have strived very hard to ensure that All-In-One continually offers a high quality range of exclusive products that customers can be completely satisfied with.”
